This website is operated by Key of Life Spa, inside Sonesta St. George Hotel, Corniche El-Nil, Luxor, Egypt. By using the site or requesting a reservation you agree to these terms.

Requests sent through our form are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. Your appointment is confirmed only when our team replies by email or phone. We will always do our best to honour your preferred time, but treatment availability, therapist availability and hotel opening hours may require an alternative slot.

Prices shown on the treatment menu are in US dollars per person and may change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the price that applies to your appointment.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your treatment so you can settle in.
• Let us know at least 4 hours in advance if you need to cancel or move an appointment.
• Late arrivals may receive a shortened treatment so the following guest is not delayed.

Our treatments are for relaxation and wellbeing; they are not medical care and are not a substitute for advice from a doctor. Please tell us before your treatment about pregnancy, allergies, injuries, recent surgery, heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, or any other health concern, so we can recommend a suitable ritual or decline a treatment where it would not be safe for you.

Please keep phones silent, respect the quiet of the treatment areas, and follow the guidance of our therapists. We reserve the right to end a treatment where behaviour is inappropriate or disrespectful towards our team or other guests. Any conduct of that kind is not tolerated.

Please leave valuables in your room safe. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or left behind at the spa.

We try to keep all information accurate and current, but the site is provided as-is and details may change.
